Price List

Sessions are billed at the contracted rate if I am in network with your insurance. Client is responsible for any co-pays and costs to meet deductible.

Rates

• CPT 90791: Intake (first session): $300

• CPT 90837: 60 minutes: $250

• CPT 90834: 45 minutes: $230

• CPT 90832: 30 minutes: $210

Medicine sessions are not covered by insurance and are the responsibility of the client. A Good Faith Estimate is created for each client to give a client an estimate of charges. This fee is $250/per hour plus medical provider fees which will be gone over with the medical provider. Most medical provider fees are covered by insurance.
